Summary

Lead People & Culture operations across the United States and Europe, ensuring effective talent management, HR compliance, organizational development and consistent implementation of Cybastion’s Group policies.

Mission

Drive the regional People & Culture agenda, partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen managerial accountability and support organizational growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and talent development.
  • Implement Group policies, compensation frameworks and performance management processes while advising leadership on organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR operations and employment practices comply with applicable US and European labor laws.

Your Profile

  • Substantial HR leadership experience across multiple jurisdictions, including the US and Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment practices and European labor regulations, particularly the UK and Luxembourg.
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders, structure HR operations and support growth in an international organization.

Salary range: $110,000 - $127,500
