Summary

Lead the Group’s IT strategy, enterprise architecture and shared systems across Business Units and countries, including IT governance, service continuity, budget and vendor oversight.

Mission

Group information-systems strategy and governance, providing common standards and shared capabilities without centralizing Business Unit-specific technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Define the Group IT roadmap, architecture standards and technology governance framework.
  • Lead shared-system availability, IT projects, budgets, vendors and business continuity.
  • Build Group IT talent and coordinate technology requirements across Business Units and Country Units.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field; 10–15 years in IT, including leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated digital-transformation leadership across business units or countries.
  • French and working English required; position based in Northern Virginia, with travel across Business Units and countries.

Salary range: $150,000 - $185,000
