Summary

Responsible for export-control and regulatory compliance across technology and data transfers, licensing, counterparty diligence and transaction review, with authority to stop a prohibited commitment or transfer.

Mission

Responsible for export-control and regulatory compliance for the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, including the parts of the risk that extend beyond physical shipments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Classify products, technologies and services and manage license requirements.
  • Screen counterparties, intermediaries, agents and end users before commitments are made.
  • Clear, condition, refuse or suspend transactions where legal or regulatory issues arise.

Your Profile

  • Substantial export-control or trade-compliance experience with hands-on classification and licensing work.
  • Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR and OFAC frameworks.
  • Experience with defense or dual-use items and foreign-government end-user processes.

Salary range: $110,000 - $127,500
