Summary

Lead Group-wide sourcing, procurement and supply-chain execution across HQ, Business Units, Country Units and projects, protecting cost, margin, delivery and compliance.

Mission 

Establish procurement strategy, governance and execution discipline across Cybastion’s complex technology and infrastructure projects, reporting to the Chief Capital & Risk Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HQ procurement team and set sourcing policies, approval frameworks and escalation protocols.
  • Oversee strategic vendor relationships and high-value or high-risk procurements across regions.
  • Coordinate procurement, logistics, Finance, Legal and PMOs to protect delivery, cost and compliance.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years in domestic and international sourcing, procurement and end-to-end supply chain.
  • Experience managing complex, project-based international procurements and building scalable teams.
  • Fluent English; French and experience sourcing for African technology or infrastructure projects are strong advantages.

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
