Summary

Lead Defense & Intelligence (D&I)’s intelligence capability strategy, service catalog, professional doctrine, specialist resources and priority arbitration while delegating daily production and product validation.

Mission

Define what intelligence capability D&I offers, at what standard and within what lawful and contractual boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the intelligence service catalog, including explicit exclusions.
  • Set tradecraft, analytical standards and safeguards for independent judgment.
  • Own specialist capability requirements, recruitment and priority arbitration between programs.

Your Profile

  • Substantial intelligence experience including leadership of a multi-discipline function.
  • Prior service in a U.S. Intelligence Community organization or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience building a team and a professional standard.
Salary range: $150,000 - $185,000
