Summary
Provide contract administration and legal support, maintaining approved templates, negotiated versions, obligation tracking and timely escalation of issues requiring counsel.

Mission
Make the Business Unit’s agreements traceable and actionable while keeping legal advice and approval with qualified counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare NDAs, orders and subcontract documents from approved templates.
  • Maintain version control, the contract register and post-signature obligation tracking.
  • Spot deviations, IP, data-rights and licensing issues and refer them for legal validation.

Your Profile

  • Paralegal qualification or relevant degree.
  • Experience in contract lifecycle management, preferably in government contracting, defense or a regulated sector.
  • Precision with documents, versions, dates and escalation boundaries.

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000
