Le Lead Technique MFFE assure le pilotage technique de la conception, du développement, de l'intégration et du déploiement des solutions numériques du Ministère de la Femme, de la Famille et de l'Enfant (MFFE). He is responsible for the technical quality of deliverables, the consistency of systems architecture and the application of best development practices. He supports technical teams in carrying out projects while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technological requirements and quality standards.

This post is — and it’s not. This position is not just a technical expertise or code review role. The MFFE Technical Lead is a technological leader capable of making structuring decisions, guiding architectural choices and supporting teams in the creation of robust, scalable and secure solutions. The person sought combines technical excellence, leadership and the ability to intervene in complex environments with high strategic stakes.


What you will build

  • Define the technical architectures of application solutions, databases and integration mechanisms, and contribute to the estimation of costs during the framing phase.
  • Define technical standards, frameworks and development standards, ensuring good architectural and cybersecurity practices.
  • Encadrer les équipes de développement, réaliser les revues de code et superviser les arbitrages techniques.
  • Participate in developing the skills of developers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise development activities, implement CI/CD processes, and define testing and automation strategies.
  • Supervise production releases, guarantee the stability of environments, and participate in the analysis and resolution of incidents.
  • Ensure the interface between technical teams, architects and project managers, and contribute to responses to calls for tenders when necessary.

Profile wanted

Non-negotiable culture: The MFFE Technical Lead plays an essential role in the success of digital transformation projects. He must be able to reconcile strategic vision, technological expertise and team management in order to guarantee the delivery of reliable, efficient solutions adapted to the needs of the program. Leadership, rigor, analytical skills and a sense of responsibility are essential qualities to succeed in this role.

The ideal profile has a Bac+5 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, with significant experience as a Technical Lead, a minimum of 7 years in software development or application architecture, including 2 to 3 years in management of technical teams. He/she masters at least one major technological environment (Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js or equivalent), Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes practices. Leadership, rigor, excellent communication skills and strong results orientation complete this profile, with a good ability to manage stress and priorities in demanding contexts.
