Summary

Provide intelligence training methodology, advisory and instructional expertise by diagnosing capability needs, designing and delivering authorized training, assessing learning and strengthening source-evaluation and reporting standards.

Mission

Build client capability through methodology and training, in an advisory role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose beneficiary capability needs before designing training.
  • Build training sequences with objectives, exercises and assessment.
  • Support source evaluation, corroboration and reporting standards within scope.

Your Profile

  • Substantial experience in interview-based information gathering and reporting, including advisory or instructional work.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent service background.
  • Demonstrated ability to transfer capability and assess what beneficiaries have actually learned.

Salary range: $110,000 - $127,500
