Summary

Responsible for personnel security across the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, including clearance-file preparation, eligibility monitoring, internal access decisions, security briefings and incident response.

Mission 

Responsible for personnel security for the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, closing the gap between government clearance processes and Cybastion’s own internal access controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain clearance files and track eligibility through the competent authority.
  • Decide, review and withdraw internal access to Business Unit systems, facilities and information.
  • Deliver security briefings and coordinate personnel-security incidents, travel and country-team requirements.

Your Profile

  • Substantial personnel or industrial security experience in the defense or intelligence community.
  • Demonstrated experience building a screening and access framework where none existed.
  • Strong judgment on the boundary between employer verification, internal access and government clearance.

Salary band: $150,000 - $185,000
