Summary

Maintain Defense & Intelligence (D&I) accounting records and first-level financial control while preserving the separation between preparation, verification and payment authorization.

Mission

Provide reliable accounting records, reconciliations and evidence while escalating unsupported or ambiguous transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general, auxiliary and analytical accounting and program-cost allocation.
  • Perform close, reconciliations and first-level verification against approvals and contracts.
  • Document and escalate anomalies and maintain the audit evidence trail. 

Your Profile

  • Accounting or finance degree.
  • Accounting experience, preferably in government contracting or another regulated environment.
  • Strong discipline on reconciliations, evidence and separation of duties.

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
