Summary

Lead Cybastion’s Group legal function across entities and jurisdictions, with immediate priorities in entity structuring, cross-border contracts, structured financing and legal risk.

Mission 

Build and lead the Group legal function across all entities, Business Units and Country Units, establishing legal standards and enabling secure market expansion and financing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Group legal standards, contract templates, approval routes and the legal team.
  • Lead entity creation and corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions, including U.S. and OHADA environments.
  • Secure structured financing transactions, key contracts, legal risk and external counsel management.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in law, with a focus on international business law; 12–15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven corporate law, multi-jurisdiction entity creation and project-financing experience.
  • Fluent French and English; working expertise across U.S. and francophone African / OHADA contexts.
Salary range: $150,000 - $185,000
